This high-grit (8K-10K) stone is perfect for putting a polished edge on your straight razor. Grab the paddle, wet it down, or use a shaving cream slurry, and perform a few Round-Trips to place a keen polished edge on your razor. Then perform a few Round Trips on the Strop, and you’re good to go! A drastic improvement in convenience and safety over trying to hold the stone in your palm while honing your razor. This stone can also be used to sharpen your kitchen knives, pocket knives, hand tools, etc.
