The R142 3 1/4 inch serrated paring knife by Rada Cutlery boasts an overall length of 6 3/4″ with a 3 1/4″ hollow-ground blade and a razor sharp 3″ hand-sharpened, cutting edge. The T420 surgical quality, high carbon, stainless steel blade is engineered to stay sharp longer and has SUPER fine serrations. Developed for cooks who like serrated blades and their zippy-saw-like action when they cut, slice and peel. This serrated paring knife features a solid cast aluminum handle with a finger guard. The blade is designed to give you control while peeling.
