Japanese Chef Knife Satoshi Nakagawa Fuji Moon Water Quenched White 2 Honyaki Kiritsuke Yanagiba 300mm
Satoshi Nakagawa- learnt all his skills from the famous Kenichi Shiraki of Shiraki Hamono. When Mr.Shiraki retired in 2020, the torch was passed down to Mr. Nakagawa. This relatively young but very talented blacksmith can forge various different type of steel including traditional carbon steels like Shirogami or Aogami, capable of forging Honyaki blade, which requires great amount of skill.
Yanagiba ( Sashimi ) Knife – a representative of Japanese knives that draws at once without crushing tissue cells of the material.
A single beveled, blade length 300mm for professional use.
