The Black and Chrome shaving brush by Parker is a great start to your wet shaving supplies or a nice addition to your brush collection.  While Parker grades this hair as pure, we believe it is a step up, most likely best.  It is a general purpose brush, good with creams and soaps.  The handle is well made with a chrome plated accent base.
